Job Description
We are looking for a qualified chef/cook to join our team at the Farmers Arms Hotel in Beeac, Victoria. We serve pub bistro food and have an excellent reputation for quality, consistent and delicious meals.
Responsibilities:
• Forming part of the team for daily lunch and dinner service, weekend breakfast service, and special events
• Being creative and contribute to weekly chefs’ specials
• Training others and demonstrate new skills
• Reporting daily tasks to head chef and management
You should:
• Be qualified with at least 3 years experience
• Have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Show leadership to new and existing staff
• Be available to work on weekends and public holidays
• Be committed to taking the establishment to new heights
